Equity Research Analyst – Industrials at Susquehanna International Group
John Peyton worked closely with the commodity markets and has 20 years’ experience in the aviation sector specializing in freighter aircraft charter. A graduate of Durham University and read Engineering.
Joining the team in 2020, Nick qualified as a financial advisor in the UK before spending 18 years running financial, investment, insurance and property businesses in Hong Kong before relocating to London with his family in 2019.
Cameron worked with Oppenheimer initially in New York and subsequently in direct investment in Hong Kong. He brings a wealth of operational experience to the company. He is a graduate of NYU.
James received his PhD in physics from Imperial College London and has 15+ years’ experience in data analytics and software development. James maintains and develops new data management and analytics systems for the TAC Index and is interested in novel ways to mine the available air cargo data.
Etienne started his career at Orange Group, then served over 10 years in several positions in Asia. He holds master’s degrees from both Sorbonne University and Telecom Sud Paris.
Gareth has worked in the airline industry for almost 30 years, starting with the British Airways Passenger Business in Financial & Commercial management roles, including time working overseas in New York. In 2007 he joined British Airways World Cargo, driving significant transformation in Pricing and Revenue Management systems and processes as well as integrating the Iberia and Aer Lingus Revenue Management functions. As Head of Revenue Management and Pricing for IAG Cargo, he introduced enhanced analytical capabilities, dynamic bid price vectors and commenced the move towards dynamic pricing. Gareth is now working as a Cargo Revenue Management, Pricing, and Analytics consultant to airline, freight forwarder, and data management clients.
Ben joined TAC in July 2021 and advises us on our business development and growth strategy. Ben brings to the company significant experience in the index business having been a founding member of Standard & Poor’s Indexes, EMEA. He subsequently joined Russell Investments where he was responsible for establishing the Russell Index business in Europe. Ben started his career as a trader, then broker, in the UK Government Bond market. He has also served on the Board of Investment & Pensions Europe as Group Commercial Director, for whom he had previously acted as Editor of the IPE Guide to Exchange-Traded Funds.
Ian is a partner with international law firm Kennedy’s, qualified in England, Wales and Hong Kong. He has advised many corporations on a variety of legal matters, and is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Ian regularly speaks at industry events and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has been ranked as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ by Chamber’s Asia Pacific since 2016.
Jan Scibor-Kaminski joined the TAC Index as an Advisor to the Board in Sep-20. Jan has extensive knowledge of and a successful track-record in running, growing and developing SaaS and data businesses, ranging in size from FTSE-listed entities to start-ups. Jan brings extensive knowledge of B2B sales, of diverse licensing capabilities and has worked on two successful exits.
In his capacity as MD, Jan ran the P&L of one of the fastest-growing businesses within the Euromoney Institutional Investor: a FTSE-listed global media and data conglomerate. During his tenure, Jan quintupled turnover, pioneered the sale of APIs and helped deliver a CAGR of 20%. Most recently Jan was a member of the Executive Board at Delta Capita and regularly advises private equity firms on data businesses and invests in start-ups as an angel investor.
Jan worked in the Asset Management Division of Goldman Sachs in London having started his career with Fortis Investments, where he was based in both Paris and Brussels.
Jan has an MA (Oxon) in Modern Languages (Spanish and French) from Oxford University and has spent time in HM Armed Forces as a Platoon Commander in the Royal Green Jackets Regiment where he prepared his troops for a peace-keeping tour in the Balkans. Jan has lived in Brazil and travelled extensively throughout Latin America and represented Oxford at rugby.
